OK, I worded question one badly; we always said "pets" to mean low-level summoned creatures -- the kind that died on the first hit in real combat. Right, so counting the Helper there are actually 32 summoning spells that I know of.

There are four under level 15, and you got them, Loudhy.

Yes! Green light - additional ammo available at weapons locker/additional weapons.
Deus Ex - GEP, Sniper and Crossbow.
