Alright alright... so there are no Medium Armor master trainer... then what is the next best? Who is the best Medium Armor trainer and how much can he/she train you?

Master Trainer for medium armor is Cinia Urtius, you supposed to be able to find her in the docks of tel fry but she doesn't appear in the game.

well, go check my list of trainers and speak to them one by one.

no, the game makers didn't bother putting her on the dock. as her count is 0.

Her id is "cinia urtius"... in the editor she's blocked, I wonder why... no other NPCs are blocked.

there's other npc in the game is blocked. example Qorwynn the master enchant trainer , cauis cosades etc.

they are blocked so that players can't change the data inside.

however, she doesn't have the option to train you. strange.

try this instead if you can

Hand to hand master trainer is Taren Omothan at Holamayan Monastery at South-West Bedroom. you can only enter that place at a dusk and dawn only.
