Get out the cigars. Basically I am going to be a daddy.

It hasn't quite sunk in yet but I am overjoyed and a little scared. A little bundle of joy on the way.

Funniest thing I knew it before my fiancée knew it. I said it 10 days ago that I felt it was so but she did not believe me. Sympathetic Pregnancy Syndrome must really exist in fathers, I felt like I wanted to puke, I was getting cravings, yet she didn't believe me when I told her she was pregnant.

Hey that is some great news. Exciting times for you. All the doctors visits and looking for cribs and baby cloths. It is alot of fun. And yes keep us up to date on name choices.

Me and the wife have two more months to go until number 2 is out and kicking. Looks like if it is a boy the name is going to be Hudson. What do you think about that name. I am more of a traditional name guy and the wife is not, hudson seems to be a happy medium.

Are you going to find the sex out. Probally is to early to ask this?

johnny 12-08-2004 12:22 PM

Hudson ? Is that because you expect the child to pee a lot ?

Mack_Attack 12-08-2004 12:58 PM

I am lost johnny I need more info.

pritchke 12-08-2004 01:02 PM

I don't want to know the sex, but the fiancée does. I have already predicted it was a girl when I was looking at baby cloths. Just a feeling!!! Hudson is a pretty good name, we were thinking of names like Austin for a boy, Samantha for a girl, I like Amber but nothing is decided yet. Congratulations on your second!!!

Pee a lot=pee a river=Hudson river.

Never mind. :D

Mack_Attack 12-08-2004 01:09 PM

I like those choices for names. And the sex thing well all I can say is that there is so much going on that day that knowing the sex was just something that I did not need to worry about. ;) And it is never a 100% so in the back of your mind it is still there and you still have a look when the baby comes out. ;)

Jorath Calar 12-08-2004 01:09 PM

Congrats johnny, you just found the most far fetched reference ever...

It's the other things that are gross. :D

Bungleau 12-08-2004 10:00 PM

Babies only do a few things when they arrive. They eat, sleep, pee, poop, spit up, and make grandparents go "Awwwwwww....."

Sometimes, they do all of these at the same time :D

Callum 12-09-2004 03:57 AM

Call it ( ) something Gaelic! :D

Callum's a good choice ;)

Even it if does mean "dove".

javan 12-10-2004 08:39 PM
