Yesterday on soccer training we were training sprinting. I was spriting with the ball and a guy accidently kicked me... it hurts like hell...doc said it is nothing serious tough and it will be over by Monday.(I hope)

It isn`t something serious but and injury is very disturbing...

Aww, poor Xen! Hope you get better soon, and the doc's right.

Xen, take it from me who played soccer, who during a game left my feet with the ball while somebody hit me and twisted my knee. I went down in a heap. The doctors at the hospital told me all I did was sprain it. Yeah, right. I actually tore my ACL and it got progressively worse. I have had three operations including reconstructive. I have lost my inner miniscus due to years of instability and now I have bone on bone and arthritis. I am looking at a future knee replacement. So my advice is: DON'T DO ANYTHING UNTIL YOU GET A SECOND OPINION. GO TO A SPECIALIST A.S.A.P. I SPEAK FROM VOLUMES OF EXPERIENCE (and pain). I AM PAYING A BIG PRICE DUE TO MIS-DIAGOSIS. I hope this helps and that you'll heed this warning. Don't mess with your future. You are in pain which means your body is telling you something. My sporting days are completely over except for bike riding and swimming.

Ah, nevermind. Too negative; I don't want to scare you. ;)

Although that is a great warning to give to help Xen out, I don't think it would exactly cheer him up :D
Don't worry Xen, at 16, your body can 'repair' itself pretty quickly. Just get a second opinion like Albromor said, and good luck. Hope you feel better

becareful Xen, you might wanna give yourself a complete few week rest ( 2 ~ 3 weeks ) or else that pain will reoccur and futher damage your feet. I had the same thing as you do, the doc tell me to rest for few days but the pain reoccur and it become worst. from May until now I haven't play football anymore because of that.

once i broke my wrist playing football. It hurt but i still played for the rest of the match. It was really sore but i thought it was nothing and only after threee days i went to the hospital and they said it was broken and i got it bandaged for a few weeks.

Ice it (using an ice pack, that is). It should help numb it. Don't run on it, let alone walk much on it. You're obviously going to have to walk on it in school, so take it easy. The worse thing you can do right now is say, "Just suck it up and keep going," or something like that. I've done that too many times before, and I have always ended up regretting it. Once, I badly injured my left knee from it, and I've also broken a thumb from it. It was playing basketball and broke my thumb, but I thought that it was just jammed. I continued to play on it and it just felt worse and worse. I went to the doctor and ended up having to have a cast on it for 4 or 5 weeks. It wasn't worth playing the rest of the game...
