Ok i got the mask of strohm in firkagss dungeon and i put it together to get the actual helm but when i check its stats its just says something bout seeing colors am i supposed to forge it into a set or something?

you need it to see the guardian.

Wat guardian?

Well, if you'll go through the maze you'll come to some doors (or door) on the north/northwest side- this will lead you to a hallway where you will be attacked by what appears to be a trap- fireballs keep flying at you all the time- If you had the mask on though, you would see- THE GAURDIAN!! Kill him, get your treasure in the next room.....and I'm not sure if anything happens after that......

True sight also works. And the mask is the only helm a mage or thief can wear. Put it on a thief and they won't get critically hit.

Put it on a mage and it kinda looks like a coffee can on him.
