When can I see the TOTSC areas on my map?

I'm early in chapter 2 and still have some quests from chapter 1 to do.

You should be able to see the areas right from the beginning. For example, Durlags Tower always appears on my map, when I leave the Nashkell mines via the exit in the wilderness. But don´t start the quests of TotSC before you reach level 5 or 6. It is best, to start them between chapter 6 and 7.
