I heard about these weapons so much its making my big head spin can you please tell me what they do and where you can find em. I heard that daystar is like a paliadins sword something like that and Crom Fayer can destroy golems.....

The daystar is a long sword that is made for killing undead. The crom faeyr can indeed kill golems in one hit. The daystar is in a lichs tomb, found through a hidden door in the Crooked Crane at the City Gates. The crom faeyr must be combined by cromwell. The hammer it self is found in the Illithid lair the is hidden in the Sewers below the Temple District. The Gauntlets of Ogre Power that are need are found on Entu in the Planar Sphere . The Scroll needed to remake the hammer is found on the shadow dragon, in the Ruined Temple of Amaunator in Umar Woods. The Girdle of Frost Giant Strength is on a Demon Knight that appears after sacrificing an animal on the alter of demogorgon in the Underdark.

All that from Crom whoaaaaaaa. I knew I knew I KNEW Daystar was at the back of the crooked crane thing I just remembered I read it on a post loooooong ago in a place far far away a place called.....Ironworks. I remember i attempted to get it but with low expirence against Lilches I got slaughtered cause of his timestop and stuff like that. I tried many times and given up after that my computer messed for for like 3 months and I didn't get a chance to play BG2.... started a new game and forgot bout it! :D I would now go play SOA but I am playing TOB right now that TOB SPOILER

Ah yes the daystar a very useful weapon great for killing thise annoying vampires early in the game. If when you fight the lich you have problems go to the adventurers mart and buy a scroll of protection from the undead. Cast it on your best fighter and send him in to the room with the lich. The lich can't attack you but you can still talk to it. So talk to it and it will turn hostile then kill it. Because of the protection from undead scroll it can't attack you even after you talk to it and it turns hostile.

LOL, when I first saw that, I had a really really wicked evil hilarous thought... the first word I thought was "boo"... as in Minsc's hamster.. I was cracking up over it for about 2 mins or so. Baaaaaaad me :( [img]tongue.gif[/img] lol.

dont forget to cast the sunray. its in the baglike icon. i like it when i run around bodhi's lair, gather as many as vampires stack them to the main gate and cat it with aeire's sunray spell. boommmm!!! you can hit a vampire with 1064 damage.

Its worth it. The crom faeyr is a mighty weapon indeed. Heres the stats for it:
