I'm getting a message the time in which you may edit has elasped.
What does that mean?

It smells to me like some changes may have been tried. Read Cloudy's post up top (the one that says "Please Read" :D ) and that may be part of the reason.

Yes, just read it, but why a time limit. I don't know how long the limit is, but I just posted this message about an hr ago. Couldn't the limit be a day or somethin?

I personnally see nothing wrong with how long you can edit your post. What will happen when you posted a picture and a day later you found out that it is eating too much of your bandwitdh ( always happen when you host it in villagephotos.com ) ?
