I was thinkin of installin this fabulous game again. So I went and clicked the setup icon. I wait. and wait and wait click again wait and wait and wait some more. I clicked on the Autorun. Going swell and click on install. I wait. I wait and wait some more. I did this over twenty minutes. Anybody had this problem. Earlier today it was installin realllllllll good and just when I was about to put in disc 3 my FREAKING computer restarted by itself. So I know nothing is wrong with the disc. Anybody else had this problem?

Did you check the CDs if they are schratched or anything?

Test on your friend`s PC. If it works there... :eek:

Try putting a CDROM cleaner in, see if that helps. Dust on the lens can do weird things.

Other than that, what OS do you use, what errors if any do you get?

You probably got a bad installation from your first attempt. Uninstall this corrupted installation of BG1 first and then install BG1 from scratch.

Well next day which is today and I woke up it worked just so fine. Problem is when I play the game and when I was creating my character the game closes by itself. Or my computer automaticlly restarts the same thing happened about BGII. It must be my computer. Anyhow did anybody else have this kind of problem.
