So as usual the community beat the devs in fixes. I recommend these two mod. The first changes the UI a bit so things are smaller, movable and not as clumsy. The second changes the AI, leading us to believe that not everyone we adventure with in Faerun is retarded. It attempts to put a stop to Qara's sucidal wishes too.
