Neeber was in Baldurs gate 1 too I think, he was in Nashkel, in Baldurs Gate 1.

I killed the annoing ba***rd both in BGI and II ;) I hope I didn't miss him in ToB - or my vendetta would never be completed ;)

Yes but after a while he stops bothering you. In BG1 this was not the case. Play good for once and you'll see. And don't talk to him, just let him do the talking!

But it's not true! In BG1, after talking to him (or letting him talk to you) about 20 times, he keeps saying the same sentence for about 15 times. After that he says he has no more things to say and you get 1000 XP (IIRC).

you do recall correctly. After about 5 minutes of him talking to you constantly, he gives up, says something like "gee you sure are patient, ive run out of things to say" and leaves. You also get some exp, cant remember how much, but it was quite a bit.
