I want to get a few more experience points before moving on to chapter 4 , so i have been running around trying to complete quests and i have picked up. 2 that I can't seem to start becuase I can't find the right person/place.

1 the cult of the seeing eye (i think that is what its called) I went into the sewer and i meet Keldorn but do not allow him into my party (I usually keep the same character through out the game), I fight the mages/dwarves and I can't find a key to open that door - anyone know? should i let Keldorn join the party?

2The others one is the shadow paladins, I'm meant to meet Anheg (sp?) in the bridge district but I can't find him, any clues where he is? Also is this Amonen's quest? that everytone talks about (i don't quite know where to find that quest as I would like to get him more advanced in the game)

The door is unrelated to the CotUE quest. Recall that you met Keldorn at a crossing of passageways. Follow the passageway to the next level.
Enter the Bridge District and immediately walk to your right.

for the unseeing eye, if you talk to the guys outside the cult you can talk them into giving you a quest to do because you don't want to cut out your eyes. they give you the key, I think

Your right - but your character's left. ;)

thanx guys for thequick answers, these little glitches can be very annoying and time consuming, Anyone know about Anomen's quest I have read about in here? when does he go through the transformation?

You need, of course, to have Anomen in your party to get the quests. Also some of the events are timed based so be prepared to hang around and wait for things to happen.
