Joseph has a house in Nakashel. His family might want to know how he is (was) doing. You can give them his ring, or pawn it off at the local store if you are evil.

BTW, if you get stuck and don't know what to do, sometimes checking your journal for clues and reminders will help.

Yes, that the first clue for this, his house is on the east side of town, cant remember exactly where.
