I've made a new swashbuckler and found out the wonders of pickpocket+potion of theivery. Where are some good spots you've found or heard of?

RoR is certainly better if you have Items Upgrade mod.
I haven't heard of any place that wouldn't be cheesy (such are Tolgerias, Kangaxx, ...)

i think you just made my day. O yea one more question the dude that sas he knows how to save imoen for cash do i need the person in the second story? Kaz she caught me stealing and i kilt her. It didnt give me reputaion reduction but do i need her/him for other quests?

Aaaah, you mean the thief-merchant on the second floor. No, you can kill her without fear, though you may want to load an earlier save and continue stealing.

I stole those glasses first then scrolls then just potions of master theivery then she caught me so i kilt her and looted her room.

One other item of note to pickpocket is a flask that summons a genie. It can be found on the genie outside their tent in trademeet before you save the town(of course the genie won't be there if you've completed their quest).

No need to pickpocket the trademeet genie. just kill him and pick up the proceeds!

Yea, you can get a powerful (semi-powerful I guess) scimitar from the genie, but as for pick pocketing him, heh, good luck.
