Before I can help you, do you mean that you want to know how to play with a friend? Or just how to simply start a multiplayer so you can create your own characters? |

Gandalf, you could always check the manual that came with BG2; you'll find all the info you need about multiplayergames on page 21 and beyond. If there are still questions and things you don't understand, then we'll be glad to help you out.
Oh, and I believe your CapsLock-button is stuck... ;) [ 01-23-2003, 09:07 AM: Message edited by: Grojlach ] |

Ah.
This is assuming your friend is hosting the game. The first thing you need, is your friend's IP. Then, open the game, click 'Multiplayer', and connect using TCP/IP. When the game is done thinking, click 'Join Game'. Write in your friend's IP, and let the game finish thinking. ;) |
Yo exxon its cool that you are a knight of the rose now but eh...
I dont know any of my friend that have BG-SoA and any IP (what ever that means) Arnt there any general IP adresses. [ 01-23-2003, 09:34 AM: Message edited by: Gandalf the White ] |
