Could someone tell me the properties for the Ring of Gaxx?

Ring of Gaxx
This ring is relatively unadorned, but the vile magic within radiates intense evil. Indeed, its creator, Kangaxx, was no less evil himself, even before millennia of undeath honed his power. It is said that a cadre of Netheril mages fought and imprisoned the demilich once, but being unable to truly destroy him they became liches themselves to stand guard over his remains. The construction of the ring may have led to their enmity, as each of the gem's nine facets was supposedly empowered by sacrifice and death.

Saving Throws: +2 Bonus
Magic Resistance: +10% Bonus
Special Abilities: Immunity to Disease and Poison
Equipped Abilities: Wearer regenerates 1 hit point every 3 seconds
Special Use: Invisibility, once per day
Improved Haste, three time per day

I wonder why one can only wear two rings, while having 10 fingers. :D

And it's not as if you couldnt get more than one ring onto a finger...

that's why we have the item upgrade mod by weimer !!!

Because wearing any sort of magic ring is chancy at best. Wearing two of them on the same hand could be problematic. Some rings, well, they have their own sense of being I guess you could say. And they might not like sharing a hand with another ring. This goes back to PnP days.

An example. A player places both a Ring of Gaxx and a Ring of Holiness on one hand. The rings, being polar opposites, begin to battle one another. Said player comes down with a mysterious wasting disease. He loses hit points constantly and his priest spells fail miserably. He can't seem to memorize as many as he could before. The problem? RoG has reversed it's regeneration now causes poison and disease to the wearer, and the RoH has malfunctioned. Said player by sheer chance moves RoG to his other hand. Over time, he stops wasting away. He heals. His spells are restored.

You would have to be pretty damn ignorant or just plain stupid to try and place 4 or 5 magic rings on one hand.

It says somewhere (manual maybe?) that you can only wear one ring on each finger because if you had more the magic of the rings would conflict. Pain in the rectum that
