The Ring of Fire Control is easy to overlook...

Look for it in Chapter 5.

the crazy dwarven fighter has it.... he can be found in the Underdark ----> Illithid lair,

but what Olorin has noted out, it isn't that a great ring.... but if you want him... look above and they shall find :D
