Alright, this is (suprisingly) my first multi-class game. i am in spellhold now with a cleric/mage, and i have to sacrifice one of my stat points (the dream), but i cant decide which to lose. Usually, ill get rid of some wisdom or intelligece for fighters, dex for casters, but this time i need ALL my stat categories. I cast both priest and mage spells, so that counts sacrificing intelligence and wisdom. i also fight melee, so that means i need my strength. I need my dex for AC bonus and con for my hp. so what should i do?! if i could get rid of some charasma i would, but IIRC you cant. maybe im wrong, i took a long break from this game so i could have forgotten. any ideas?

You should be able to sacrifice Charisma, I thought... something like "I give of my beauty"... might be wrong, though.

Only DEX, CON, WIS and INT can be sacrificed.

I'd personally choose INT since there are more than enough Potions of Genius/Mind Focusing in the game to satisfy all your intelligence needs. Though STR isn't all that important either due to loads of STR-enhancing items. In fact, if you got anything less than 19 or 18/00 STR, you should aim to get a STR-enhancing item as soon as possible anyway.

Neither WIS nor DEX are good choices, so it would either have to be INT or STR if it were up to me.

alright, i think ill so strength, but maybe dex. dex DOES give you a ac bonus, right?

Dexterity does give you an AC bonus. What exactly is your constitution? If it's anything other than 15 or 16 you won't lose any HP by sacrificing a point of it (this assumes that your CON isn't very low).

my con was 9 or 10, but i accidently told him to take con instead of strength, and i allready saved over it lol i might use shadow keeper to change it for me (take back my con point for strength point) but i dont know, i dont like using shadow keeper.

Dude, it's really alright to use Shadow Keeper to alter things that u really deserve. Althought I'm a really Anti-Hack guy, I use Shadow Keeper to changes things that was suppose to be mine but wasn't due to bugs and stuff, I also use the SK to alter my names...etc its okay to hack if u r just using it to balance the game.

Yea, take it from the games biggest bad guy himself :D

But yea, ShadowKeeper is a great tool to use in case you're missing certain equipment or can't find a key and so forth. Just don't get power hungry ;)

Thats what I hate with good editors like Shadowkeeper. Once youve done one change, its hard to not do another and youre soooo tempted to cheat your character into oblivion. Once Ive did a minor change or cheat its so hard to not do other modifications or cheats :(

Yea, I remember that day, all stats.... 25, 25, 25, 25, even tried to get one up to 30 but it crashed so, haha. But I didn't actually run him through the game like that though, mind you
The only thing I'll do with ShadowKeeper is raise some abilties up more than what the game limit is, like maybe the strength to 19. I know that's cheap with a whole box of cheese ontop of it, but I figure he's IS the son of a god right?

*walks away with his head hanging in shame*
