Ok i'm making my way up the ranks of the Soubar miltia when i get mission asking me to find out if there is a spy in Soubar. I can't for the life of me complete this quest. Can someone post detailed instructions for completing it? I have no Soubar npcs(heard that can help).

i have no idea what ur talking about is it even in BG2 and were is it causemaybeim just thinking of something else?
