Could someone please explain how I can add a picture to this post.

I have an interesting screenshot of a fight with some bandits. Four of them appear and promptly attack... but then... ???

I would *really* like an explaination of their behaviour...

----EDIT----- (thanks )

^^^ How the hell did that happen ??? ^^^

To add a picture to your post, you use tags, without the space between the g and the ].
They work as follows:

Say, you want to show a picture on the site www.thisismysite.com/dace/pictures called bandits.jpg

To do so, you just add the line
http://www.thisismysite.com/dace/pictures/bandits.jpg to your post. The picture will now appear right where the line used to be.
Simple as that

They all appear to have fallen unconscious out of fear of the mighty Yoshimo... tho it is odd that he's not on the screen and they all dogpiled on one another. But that's the effect that he has on people.

This is the spell called Greater Command:

Greater Command (Enchantment/Charm)
Level: 5
Sphere: Charm
Range: Visual range of caster
Duration: 1 round/level of caster
Casting Time: 1
Area of Effect: 20 ' radius
Saving Throw: Neg.

As with the first level spell 'Command', this spell enables the priest to command other creatures to "die" (sleep), except that the effects of this spell last for one round per caster level. At the end of the round the creature(s) awaken and are unharmed. The area of effect is similar to that of a stinking cloud or a fireball.

It is obvious that it makes creatures unconscious! And it is obvious that DDB saved, and the bandits didn't.
A bug? No, just a very clever script.

<font color=white> I think Dace has the WeiDU Tactics mod installed... so that would explain the Bandits in the Waukeens Promenade. </font>

Two questions about Tactics Mod:

1.Does that Acid Kensai dude come with this or the Darkest Day?

2.Is it really VERY hard? I was planning on playing my BG1 Character through solo, but i havent decided yet. Is it easier solo or with a party?

Dace De'Briago 02-27-2003 08:45 AM

Yes, I have the tactics mod installed, so this encounter is non-standard.

However, my character is a fighter, and yoshimo is a thief.

I didn't cast that command spell, so why the hell were THEY affected?
