Ok. Lets say every race that is huminoid, or that you could play in that could actually be a class ( fighter, paladin, etc.), who would win in a six on six fight if all other vairables are equal. Such as weapons, level, stats, ect. Who would win?? Just to narrow it down we will do a free-for-all with Humans, Elfs, Drawves, Drow, The fish poeple before the Underdark,and Halflins. Each race would have 2 pure fighters, 2 archers, a cleric, and a scorcer. Who do you think would win??

ide say drow, because they are very magic resist so that would make the casters useless, while they have very good fihters too. all the enemys casters wouldnt be able to touch the rest of the party.

Although dwarves would be good to.. high con and all.

I would guess Drow or Elves or Dwarves.

Perhaps humans as a wildcard?

You must remeber tough that 2 other casters could use lower resistance, and soon enough most other races would to, making it almost even.

well, humans are by far the worst, thier benefit is their ability to be anything. little people get saving throw bonuses, drow get magic resistance, elves get resistances, ect.

Dont forget, Drow get charm and sleep resistant too, just like other Elves. That would make the regular drow almost obsolete if you could have drow. just depends if you like good or evil better.

Elves in general because of their magic abilities and dwarves for fighting.

It just depends.

In an all drow party, you are very resistant to the enemy magic and your spellcasters will be great.. but your tanks not as good as some.

In an all dwarf party, your spellcasters will suck but your tanks will rip everyting to shreads, while you archers will tear people up too (dwarves get bonus to con, important to archers)

Overall dwarfs would probably win, althought i dont like to admit it [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I would say Halflings.

The enemy would hit the field of battle, only to find nobody to fight. Suddenly, they would find their knees painfully pierced, their crotch punctured, their kidneys shanked, and could only stand back helplessly as they were pelted with a painful barrage of sling stones cracking their skulls. With expert marksmenship, a Halfling fighter with a good sling is nothing to laugh at. Or worse, they could be the victim of a Halfling Tunnel Rat attack, the very ground beneath them collapsing and little hands holding little daggers stabbing the crap out of them as they fell helplessly into a brutal tunnel pit attack. (Halfling Clerics can develop special magic to shape hard earth like clay... Tunneling is one of their special attacks)
