I'm curently working my way throught the quest to retrieve the diamond/precious stone for the famous mages of Riatvin. I've done all the quests for the pasha and have dispached his monsters, he now wants to kill me. I kill off his guardians and he appears. But I can't kill the pasha. It's not that I die and he is at full health, but rather I get him to near death and then keep dealing damage in the range of 25-30 hitpoints per hit, but he doesn't die. Even Ctrl-Y doesn't kill him.
I understand from the walkthrough that he will eventually grant me 3 wishes, so how do I complete the quest? Again the walkthrough says he should just die. Unfortunately he doesn't. Any help is welcome.

I'm running TDD version 1.03A TOB with TOB(patched) and the sola mod.

You're not supposed to kill him. When you get him to 'near death', take a step back and let him drop... then you'll get your three wishes. This could be a bug similar to the Troll-bug, if you keep hittin' them they won't go down. ;)
