Im at the very end of Tales of The Sword Coast,
and I've killed three people, but cannot find
Sarovak, and don't I have to kill him to finish the
game?

Please help, I've tried starting the battle over
again, but I still can't find Sarovak.

You can't kill him there, he teleports away after being injured (I think). You have to talk to one of the dukes, who will then teleport you to the thieves guild, where Sarevok went to (you can't do that unless all the other enemies are dead). You have to hunt Sarevok down.

Your post is a little confusing so please disregard my reply if it doesn't answer your inquiry. First, Savorak will not be met at the end of Tales of the Sword Coast because it is an add-on. Savorak is to be met in the final battle in chapter 7 of BG1.
