Plain and simple, need more scrolls of it. where do i find ;)

It's sold in Trademeet and Ust Natha.

Also found in the Spider lair in the Graveyard dungeon, and a merchant in the Bridge District named Cutpurse (found in the afternoon/evening in the SW part of the map) also has it for sale, among other scrolls that cannot be found elsewhere in the city.
