i cant get the ctrl q things to work! i have Debug Mode=1 written into my baldur.ini file just below the Game Options text, but it doesnt react to ctrl+q or anything else, like ctrl+space. what am i doing wrong?

It's supposed to go in the [Program Options] part.
The "Debug Mode=1" that is
