First:

Are there any missles +3 (not missle weapons, but the actual arrows, bolts, and bullets). If so, may I ask where?

This is because there are some nasty buggers (dragons, some vampires, golems, etc.) that require +3 or better weapons to hit them and, frankly, if you play an archer (or a TDD Marksman), you're kinda screwed.

If there are none than:
A. could I humbly request someone make them or tell me how; and/or
B. make a MOD that makes merchants sell them or tell me how

Thank you, whether you choose to give me guidance or not.

They may be rare, but Sunstone Bullets+1 actually strike as +4 weapons. And you get about 40 more of them if you win the Ranger Stronghold, so Archers shouldn't lose hope.

Also, if you have ToB, Watcher's Keep has some ammunition that will suit your purposes.

with Bonus Merchants there is also a sling at Joluv's that strikes as +5 and does not require ammo.
Of course with an archer I take it your not really looking for bullets are you?

Look for broken bows(don't require arrows)and you shall have mighty arrows indeed.

Tansheron's Bow gives out +3 Arrows; if you have ToB installed, Firetooth gives out +4 Bolts, IIRC; the Gesen Bow gives out +4 Arrows; the Item Upgrade mod allows you to upgrade all of the Quivers to +3 missiles, rather than just +2; the Item Upgrade mod can allow you to create Telemortis, which shoots +4 Arrows.

sorry for questioning something in someones question, but when you make an archer and choose yer racial enemy, it gives you +4 to attack right? so does it stack if for example, u fight yer racial enemy with a '+something' arrow?thx

Yeah, but the +to hit from racial enemy is not a magical thing, therefore it doesn't pierce enchantments. Does anyone know if the mana bow counts as a +4 missle weapon (my char is a long bow-er)?

its the missile 'hits as' that determines if it can hit a 'requires +X or better' enemy

you could make some +3 arrows rather easily using IEEP and Shadow Keeper. You can download IEEP from teambg's website, and Shadow Keeper can be gotten from [http://www.mud-master.com/shadowkeeper/]mud-master's[/url]. use shadow keeper's Item browser to extract a set of regular arrows(or some other arrows, if you like a different icon. you can also change it manually)to your override folder(it does it automatically. just hit extract item) and open that item file using IEEP's(infinity engine editor pro, if you didnt know. hey, that kinda rhymes...) item maker. load the item file from your override folder(i used the regular arrow, its code was AROW01. in the first screen that opens, there is a category "enchanted to hit", change this from 0 to 3(or 1, 2, 4 or 5, which ever you want/need). then go to the last page(select the button with the snake and dagger) and put "3" into the thac0 bonus slot. save the item with something like MYAROW(so it doesnt save over the original arrow. saving over the original one would result to every normal arrow in the game to be +3). now youve got your very own arrow. you can also name it and give it a description if you want. to do this, press the button with the identification button and type in what you like to the right coloumn. then use shadow keeper to import the item into your inventory. or if you prefer getting the arrows from some enemy, open the creature browser, select the creature you want and place the wanted amount of arrows into his inventory. then save over the original creature file. then go kill the creature and get the arrows.

there now, that wasnt so hard.

In ToB, there's a dart called Crimson Dart which is a +3 weapon. There is also a +3 throwing dagger called Fire Tooth.
Isn't there also Arrows +3 somewhere in the game?
