How do I do it? The Greater wolfwere in Firkagg's dungeon..

I can't seem to stop it regenerating... tried everything I can think of.

Any tips much appreciated

The flail of ages is very handy for this fight as its SLOW effect also slows down the regeneration rate of the beasties, allowing you to gang up on them one at a time. The spell SLOW can also work.

There is a bug some people have in the game were one of the greater wolfweres in Firkraag's dungeon regenerates impossiblly fast - ie faster than normal. I'm guessing but you may have this bug. I always get it myself personally.

If this is the case you won't be able to kill it by normal means your only hope would be if you have Yoshimo or another skilled thief to set a ton of traps and then have every one attack it.

To test wether you have the bug lock it in a corridor and continue on with the dungeon. Without wanting to give too much away(if you haven't played the dungeon before) you'll encounter another greater wolfwere this one not bugged. I bet you kill it easilly!

Yeah - I found the same thing. The first Greater Wolfwere was almost impossible and the second went down fast and hard. That first one was regenerating something like 80 HP per round for me. In the end I theorised that it was using the pauses (when I was changing tactics for the spell casters) to heal. I don't know if that was right or not, but the next time I tried a "no pause" strategy and it eventually worked. I don't know if that was just coincidence or not though.

Hit it with Carsomyr. Works for me.

That would be quite a feat... considering the location of Carsomyr.

Not everybody plays an export-import game, Attalus.

Technically... it is possible to get Carsomyr to whack them Wolfweres without importing it from another game... but seriously speaking... ...

U're gonna need a level 21 Assasin to achieve that kinda damage to kill a G werewolf in one hit.... I tried it before and all I did was Badly Injured, and next thing u know it was fully healed!!!
