I don't have it on my map and I can't remember for the life of me what I did last time...

I'm somewhere in chapter 6 and I dont know why it isnt there...can some one spoil me on something I did already know...

Hint: Visit City gates district and ask around...

u have to speak 2 someone, i think the guy is in the copper coronet

Go to the City Gates and speak with the guy dressed in green standing near the wagon/junk pile.
