Cloak - Cloak of Displacement

Head- Helm of Balduran
Armor- Firecam Full Plate Armor
Sword- Adjatha the Drinker
Shield- Reflection Shield
Bracers- Gloves of Weapon Expertise
Neck- Harper Pin
Belt- Belt of Inertial Barrier
Ring 1- D'Arnisse Signet Ring
Ring 2- Ring of Gaxx
Boots- Boots of Avoidance
Cloak- Cloak of Mirroring

The Cloak of Cheese is the Cloak of Mirroring, found on a Sahuagin Princess in their city. It is called the CoC because it originally reflected all targeted, offensive, magic to it's target, including (iirc) beholder rays, and all the other nifty magic enemies possess. With either ToB or the patch, it doesn't reflect, but nullifies...it's still a very effective item, and possibly the best cloak in the game [img]smile.gif[/img] CLUA code: CLCK26.

Head - Helm of Balduran
Armour - Errr... The green one?
Weapon slot 1 - Daystar
Weapon slot 2 - fortress shield
Ring 1 - Ring of protection (is it +1 or +2?)
Ring 2 - Ring of Gaxx

Hmmmm... I'm unfamiliar with items in the rest of the slots, but there ya go.

The ultimate setup, hey? Well, I'll assume you mean non-pure mage or thieves, and no ToB items. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Head: Helm of Balduran: no doubt the most effective helm in the game. Lower saving throws, AC, and more HPs. Alternative: Helm of Defense.
Armour: Armour of Balduran: looks cooler than the Red Dragon Scale, which is better for powergaming. Alternative: Red Dragon Scale.
Sword: Celestial Fury +3: accept no imitations. ;) Alternative: Flail of the Ages, Holy Avenger.
Secondary Weapon: Defender of Easthaven. Better than a shield [img]smile.gif[/img] Alternative: Reflection Shield, Fortress Shield.
Ranged Weapon: Gesen's Bow. What's not to like? Alternative: Mana Bow, Tansheron's Bow.
Bracers/Gauntlets: Gauntlets of Weapon Expertise. Not great, but decent. Also, Bracers of Archery, same deal.
Amulet: Harper Pin. Very nice and effective, good effects. Alternative: Sensate Amulet, Amulet of Power.
Belt: Girdle of Stone/Frost Giant strength. Strength is never bad. If you already have those, Belt of Inertial Barrier

Ring1: Ring of Gaxx. If anyone doesn't have this on their list, they haven't experienced true power. [img]smile.gif[/img]
Ring2: De'Arnisse signet ring. Very nice bonuses on a ring, one of the best! Alternative: Ring of Fire Control, Ring of Earth Control, Ring of the Ram.
Boots: Boots of Speed. Again, if anyone doesn't have this on their list, they haven't seen power yet. [img]tongue.gif[/img] Alternative: Boots of Stealth, Boots of Grounding.
Cloak: Cloak of Cheese. Arguably MVP in some solo games. Alternatives: Cloak of Reflection, Cloak of Displacement.

Bracers - Bracers of dexterity (I usually lower dex to 7 so wearing these gives me 11 dex)

No, but... A PC will never be able to wear Firecam Full Plate Armor or the D'Arnisse Signet Ring, and same with Nalia and Keldorn.
