I'm trying to play the Twisted Rune. We have the stone. We go up to the round table, the man comes out. Then the game keeps locking up. What is up?I've downloaded the patch and all Windows upadates. What it is up?

It's probably not an OS problem.

Possibly a bad install.
Possibly a corrupt file.
Possibly graphics card drivers.

I suggest you experience the magic that is a reinstall (store your saved games and just drag them into the new install to avoid restarting the entire game).

are u using windows 2000?

windows 2000 has a lot fo problems with BG2. My brother's game used to br stuck in the dream all the time....

if u do have windows 2000, it might be because of that
