This would be possible i think...but the game does not allow it!
Which is the best way to ceat myself around this?
Would it be first creating a human sorceror nad then simply converting him into a dwarf using shadowkeeper? or maybe the other way around? does shadowkeeper add the bonuses that comes with being a dwarf (saves and immunities and so on)or do I have to do that on my own?
I was planning on doing this through bgt...does shadowkeeper work with bgt? or is there another program?

i think the simplest way to do this...is to edit the .2da file saying which races can be which class....but i'm not willing to give details as its a sorcerer...and i don't know if it would mess up the game or not...i'm pretty sure it would work...if u want mroe details...ask and i'll tell you.

but how do i do this?

In 2nd edition rules I believe that dwarves are not permited to be mages. They are supposed to hate magic, and due to their high natural magic resistance it doesn't work to well for them. But basically, based on the rules that BG works off of Dwarves can't really be a sorceror. There isn't an avatar for a dwarven mages thus there isn't one for the dwarven sorceror. Mostly cuz they don't exist.

Cant i just make him have a gnome avatar?
It would be a great roleplay to have a charachter to hate what he is good at...

Download Icewind Gate. It's BGII with the 3rd edition rules. Allows for alomst everything you could possibly wish for.

It takes a bit of getting used to, but once you get familiar with the rules, you'll wish BG2 was 3rd edition. Calculating attack and damage is much, MUCH easier, and the flexibility of the class rule system is so that any character can take just about every class, but incur certain penalties and gain certain bonuses depending on which class. It's possible to make a dwarven sorcerer by 3rd edition rules, but you'd have to spend more points to make him/her just as good as a human or elven sorcerer.

As for making a dwarven sorcerer with 2nd edition rules, my advice is to make a human sorcerer in Shadowkeeper, change the avatar and race to dwarf, rebalance stats to reflect the change (+1 CON, -1 DEX), and cross your fingers and hope it doesn't screw up your game.
