I was only wondering what good armours they can use..so far Ive only come up with the Shadow dragon scale, are there others?

Bah, a Barbarian doesn't need armour! Bare chested is the way to go, Conan style :D

If you insist on armour....the Shadow Dragon scale is about as good as you're going to get. In SoA anyway. In ToB, there is a very nice suite of dragon scale they can use, but that's irrelevant here. In terms of base armour class however, Barbarians might prefer to use the Crimson Chain +5 instead.

well...i've always thought it more fun to play through a bit and get some elven stuff...just so u get a green barbarian....

Aegers Hide might be a way to go...has some nice "extras"

is it just me or does jae almost always fail her saving throw against chaos???

hint, hint...

Faceman 10-31-2003 04:37 PM

For pure armor class it won't get much better than Shadow Dragon scale
BUT
if you are evil and looking for the bare-chest look Human Flesh is the way to go (and has some incredible enchantments)

Crimson Chain actually has better base AC than the Shadow Dragon Scale.

human flesh sounds nice!
