This would make a cool mod. (I think so atleast).
I HAve not a clue of how to make any kind of mods but if theres any who does who might want to amke a mod like this?

And by the way what quest is the biggest besides the main one?

hmmm...so many quests, but most of them are pretty minor. perhaps the Unseeying Eye...

I believe some people have made minor adjustments to the game to link the Twisted Runies to the slavers(as they were supposed to), but nothing more has been done(unless Unfinished business has covered it)

edit] oh yeah, the Dennis' mothers gong quest is pretty big, though mostly running from point A to point B...

Unseeing Eye quest perhaps?

Unfinished Business mod is working on completing the Twisted Rune (might have completed it already, haven't looked for a while). I know its been released and new versions are coming out fairly often finishing more unfinished quests Bioware decided to stick in the game.

The Gong quest is part of the Limited Wish spell..go through the options and it should present itself to you ;)
