I can`t seem to find the option to uninstall it. Any suggestions?

Save all important Saves files, then uninstall the game and reinstall it and all mods you had installed?

If its a weiDU mod, run the installer again and choose the uninstall option.

If it's the mod I think you mean, you put some files in the override folder to 'install' it. Simply delete those, no harm will be done.
