I've done an 11 disc play-through with a good aligned party led by an archer ranger who chose not to become god of murder. I now intend to do an evil play-through. What does everyone think of the idea of a swashbuckler->monk (Going through BG as a thief, choosing swashbuckler kit at start of SoA, and dualing to monk at some point in SoA)? Is this do-able? Any other suggestions? Any insight would be useful.

a monk can't be part of a dualclass, nor can a barbarian or sorcerer.
a swashbuckler -> fighter perhaps? |
i actually feel that unless you have the true grandmastery patch, a swashbuckler is better on its own than dualling to a fighter.
you get the same amount of HP as the straight swashbuckler (because you are dualling from the lower HP class) and the swashbuckler bonuses keep adding up. now a swashbuckler dualled to a mage is a powerful combination. or even and assassin mage |
