Well, i have a question, isn't the fact that the lower the thac0(to hit armor class 0) is, the better it is (for example: isn't a thac0 of -16 better than a -2 one?). Well, look what happens. I have a thac0 of -16 when i have a weapon equiped in my Main Hand and i have 3 * in the Two Weapon Style. Ok, when i equip a weapon in my Off Hand, i have -16 in Main and -7 in Off Hand. When i put another * in the Two Weapon Style, i get (when i have both weapons equiped) a -12 in Main Hand and a -1 in Off Hand. I mean, is this right? Shouldn't it be lower? Is this a bug or what?

Since you can only have 3 *s in two weapon style, I don't see the point. You are either trying to cheat again, in which case the game probably wasn't programmed to deal with more than 3 *s in two weapon style, or you are talking about something entirely different that isn't evident.

You're only suposed to be able to put 3'* in two weapon style. Do not put more that three stars in it, the ease of use readme even states that.
