You should be able to click on the right-hand side of the spell book page to delete the spell from your book.

Memorization depends entirely on your INT score. If you don't have the INT to scribe a spell, try raising your INT with potions or items.

Really? In my game, it doesn't. I've tried. (I have 40+ mods installed. Maybe one of them is responsible.)

BTW, you need to right click on the spell on the right side of your book. Don't go crazy left-clicking to no success ;)
