What items can be upgraded in BGII if you do not play with any Mod's installed?

Below is what I have found so far, but are there others?

So far, I have found that you can upgrade the Mace of Disruption if you give it to Cromwell with 200 lbs. of Illithium (he makes it +2).

If you go to the weapons merchant in the Promenade with a Silver Horn of Valhalla and a gem, he makes it bronze and if you then go again with a Beljuril gem he makes it an Iron Horn of Valhalla.

You can also upgrade the Hammer of Thunderbolts if you have the Girdle of Frost Giant Strength and Gauntlets of Ogre Power (and a scroll if I remember correctly).

You can put the Equalizer, the Gesen Bow and the Wave Halbard together.

You can forge armours from Ankheg shells and dragon hide.

Are there any other item upgrades in the regular game?

If so, what are they? (please don't mention where to look, just what to look for).

its not made by cromwell but you can add silver dragon blood to human flesh and make human flesh + 5

Nope, that's about it. Throne of Bhaal's Cespenar gives you heaps of new equipment to upgrade though.

For more fun: www.weidu.org has item upgrade. Just finding some of these items proves to be a challenge in itself, but the items tend to overbalance the game. Water's Talon in incredibly powerful, so I suggest not using it unless you want to make the game easier.
