For the thief class, how many "Set Traps" do you earn per level. In one game my swashbuckler is 11th level and has 3, in another I have a 21st level with 9. I've seen other thieves at 7th with 2. There doesn't seem to be any logical progression. I don't see any explanation in the guide, in-game or on any other sites. Thanks.

Im not sure man but i think the swashbuckler class gains less ''set traps'' due to other bonuses whereas the bounty hunter class gets extra trap set, as for logical progression im sure there is but ill leave that to someone a little more informed ;)

I believe it's 1 trap at Level 1, plus another every 4 levels. Having 9 traps at Level 21 seems way too high, except for Bounty Hunters, who have Special Snares along with the regular ones that all Thieves get. Assassins and Swashbucklers get the same number of Traps that unkitted Thieves do.
