Hi all, I dualed a fighter in my group at level 17 to a thief (he has about 2.250.000 XP). I would have thought he would have started to get HLA's when he hit 3.000.000 XP total, but he did not. Now, he finally hit level 18 as a thief so his fighter skills are activated, but still no HLA's. I am missing something? Thanks!

HLAs are gained when your ACTIVE class (the class in which you are gaining EXP) is at least 3 million. For Multiclasses, the sum of the EXP in your active classes is used.

Sixy is right. IMHO, ToB made multiclass far better than dualclassing.

Yeah, I was bummed. Sadly, the NPC I dualed could not have been dualed earlier. Oh well...
