Hi, im doin the genie quest and how do you conflict harm on the Rakshasa

Hi! Rakshasa has very high magic resistance IIRC so just use your weapons to kill him/her.

I think they're just immune to the lower spell levels, how many, I cannot say.

Also you need something like a + 2 enchanted weapon or better to hit them IIRC.

Just out of curiousity, Charmless Man, what kind of character are you playing as and what's your party?

If I recall correctly, all Rakshasas are immune to Spell Levels 1 through 6. They are also immune to Normal weapons. Higher-level Rakshasas (Rajahs and Maharajahs) might be immune to +1 weaponry as well.

Maybe they had somekind of magical protection against physical attacks at the time?

edit: Assuming you were using maical weapons. I seem to recall when I first met them I had to cycle through all my weapons to find some that would hurt it.
