I missed another little sub-plot apparently. I have these two hearts I got off some demons in watchers keep. I thought they might have been components for a weapon upgrade, but apparently not. What do you do with the hideous suckers?

So there you are, stumbling around the maze and *BAM!*, you meet some Devil/Demon dude and his minions. If you are not Lawful Good, he will ask you to help him assassinate his rival, in exchange for the gem. The heart is supposed to be proof that you achieved your mission.
