How does Abagizal and Drakonis turn dragon? I looked in their human forms and they dont have a thing on dragon transforming! Help this former Lord Of Evil!!!!!!

Well, they ARE dragons. Its no shapeshifting ability. IF you played SoA, remeber good ol Firkraag, who appears to you in a human form, then becomes a dragon. And Ms. Silver Dragon did the same. ALL dragons have this unique ability.

Meaning if I set my race to Red Dragon, I can transform? probably not but can you register yourself as a dragon in the game?
