The use any item ability pretty much says it all. Your thief/bard can use any item that they normally couldn't. Helmets, two handed swords, etc.. |
*nod* Quest spells, even with their fancy name, are just high level abilities Clerics and Druids get, like Greater Whirlwind for warriors, Dragon's Breath for mages, etc. Use any item lets you use any item in the game, even if it is normally unusable by you or is class/race/etc specific (although I'm not sure about stat-specific items or align specific items, though I think it would let you use the latter, but probably not the former, you'll need someone else to answer on these two things).

sta limitations still stand, everything else is ignored.
i thought the question was how do you get them, in which case you get one ability/spell for every level after 3 million XP. even if your still in SoA when you get that high. |
