Erydian 01-09-2002 06:58 PM

That's normal, or at least I believe so (didn't drop them in my game either). Saladrex is a red dragon, and you should already have red dragon scales

BUMMER?!?!

Saladrex gives you the Staff of the Ram +4, which can be upgraded to the Staff of the Ram +6!!!! Which is like... the most powerful two-handed weapon in the entire game!!!!

Glorfindel 01-10-2002 03:38 AM

*ahem*.... Crasyomer +6

Damage wise... Carsomyr +6 has nothing on the Staff of the Ram +6. The only other comparable two-handed weapon is The Ravager +6, but that is only because it is a vorpal weapon. The Impaler +3 is close too, but less damage and smaller enchantment.

If you are looking at raw damage however, the Staff of the Ram +6 is just mind boggling. There is a reason why Thieves like backstabbing with the Staff of the Ram +6. ;)

How do you stab someone in the back with a blunt staff?
