Just finished soa-got the elvin amulet-watched jonny-boy go fire swimming with the demons...so i install tob and import my game from an auto save file (last one before the final irenicus battle) the game starts-off with me, imoen & keldorn in hell without the last tear-and the rest of the party is in the forest. I still have the amulet, but apparently havent beaten jonny yet. after i beam in the others and get the tear, we open the door and fight again-but this time he's alone (no demons) and dispels all damage. Is this a bug or just how many days before he dies? "John Irenicus near death" riigghhtt...

Sounds to me like you've loaded SoA instead of ToB. If that's not the case then restart ToB (Start New Game) and click on Import Character, select the save game file "Final Save" and go from there. If this is what you have done then I'd check Baldurdash for a bug fix.

It happened to me too, just try again.

A similar thing happened to me when I finnished BG2 and went onto TOB Me and edwin remained in Suldanesallar at the big cerenony at the end of BG2 where all the elves and queen ellasime are thanking you, and everyone else went to the forest with Illasera. This only happened once though after I reloaded a previous save it never happened again.
