Hello everyone. I have reached the final fight with Sarevok for the first time and am findeing things a bit tricky. Most of my people are Level 6/7 and still I get my butt kicked. I have my main party hang back and send my main guy ahead and talk to Sarevok then have him flee, and he gets back to them b/cos of the ring of free action.Does anyone have any ideas? I am not using magic wands nor do I have any mages in the party except for Jaheira.

<font color="cyan">Well it could be that your religious beliefs effect the outcome of this fight.

Ok, get everyone to drink a potion of speed (substitute for the Haste spell), and get Jaheria to cast Bless (She cant cast Chant), and Defensive Harmony.

Get your tanks to drink potions of x strength, ie (Frost Giant) and try potions of stone form. In fact, get them all to drink whatever potions you can.

To make the fight very easy, you can go nr Sarveok in stealth, and flee. Sarevok won't see you, but a Mage will. He will transport to you, and you can kill him easily,(solo Mage's hit the dirt so easily).

Run back to Sarevok not stealthed, and flee back to your party. He will follow, and from then on, it is just tanking him, best arrows being fired by your archers (of biting) and get Jaheria to cast whatever offensive spells you have!

If you like it cheesy, by several Wands of Monstersummoning and summon lots of monsters. Sarevok will kill them with one blow and the monsters will only hit them very rare, but anyway, you can buy lots of staffs and your archers can then hit Sarevok.

I use wands of monster summoning everytime I get to that final battle. I figure if their there, then I'll use em.

Hey, I use them always, too. Who said, that I don't like cheese... ;)
I try to get the only staff, which can be found outside Baldurs Gate, as soon as possible.
