Hello, I have installed BG with TOTSC on w2k. Used a patch from web, the most recent uk patch. The sound is funny, fissy and disappears from time to time. There is also a more recent US patch, for DirectX 8. Can I use this with my UK games?

I run it on WinME, but I know a few people here do run it with 2k. I'd suggest uninstalling it, and re-installing it and then the patch again, and see whether it works that time.

But I dont think the US patch will work over here.</font>
