Help! I have gotten down to level 4 And butchered all the Mindflayers and cannot find the "crystal hammer". I have found the apprentice. I even killed all the "Critters", except the Dragon. I have searched the Mindflayers area over and over. Where is this "stinkin'" hammer?

The hammer's not in the Mindflayer or Githyanki area.

You must have found the Blue, Red and Purple oils and the tinder-stick by now. That's what you need. They're the key.

O.K. I have found the oils and have played with different variations of lamp lighting, but to no avail. Is there a hint as to the color pattern? I didn't find any of the notes that gave a hint.

P.S. thanx - I thought I was going crazy looking for the Hammer in the lair of the 'flayers.

HINT: Check out the floor of the level. Use the map. ;)

Thanx - for the help. I have been racking my brain for some time now on this one. In fact I have already moved on to complete most of this game (up to confrontation with all the bhaalspawn). I wanted to go back and finish this part of the map. I spent a lot of time reading your posts to see if anyone else was having the same trouble and decided to post. Keep writing I'll be watching.

Yea, you go through all of Watcher's Keep just to get yer azz whipped by Demogorgan, NOTHING WORKS ON HIM, haha. I said forget it and sealed the place up. (By the way, I mean the *Improved* Demogorgan, not the orginal one)
