Ok as someone who has completed SOA about 10 times straight through and TOB 3 times straight through I have found while reading through the posts a whole lot of stuff that I have know idea what you are talking about its like your talking about a whole differant game.

And how do I get Sola, isnt he The Deva that tells you about your past and all that?

Also I recently installed BG2 and TOB on my flatmates computer and have been playing through both and found that a whole lot of people I try to talk to I cant, people that you can talk to and this is very fustrearting when you go to talk to someone in the game and it tells you "Cannottalk to ....., ...... appers busy" or somethingwhile its not the main characters like people you need to talk to to complete a chapter it is people who you need to talk to for sub-quests and the like, does anyone know what is going on here?

You help on any of these would be greatly appreciated.

Sola is the deva that greets you at the start of the game. But I don't see what do you mean by: How do I get Sola. You mean get her to join you. Never heard of that. If it's possible I'd like to find out how as well.

"Sola", in this case, refers to Solaufein, a drow from Ust Natha. He can be downloaded here:

Have you installed the BG2 and ToB patches? I believe that they will take care of your problem.

Oh, thx for the info. I know about him but I thought that there's a new NPC mod out there.

This in it self was a question to, like i've heard people talking about quests that I have never heard of and like armour and weapons i have know idea about either.

Also I did try installing the lastest patch but it just said I dont need it cos I've got TOB installed.

Have fun. I recommend installing tactics, ascension and redemption. They add a few encounters to the game, improve the capabilities and AI of many of the enemies and generaly make things a lot more fun, if a little harder.

On the patch, there are two - find the ToB one and it will fix your problem, the SoA one is already included in ToB and so refuses to install.
